MATERIALS

We primarily work with 14k gold-fill and sterling silver. Both of these materials are free from nickel and lead. However, please do keep in mind that everyone's reaction to metals can vary.

14k gold-fill involves a solid layer of gold bonded to another metal, and unlike "gold-plating," it's a safe option for those with sensitive skin. In short, it offers a high-quality and budget-friendly alternative to solid gold.

For many of our earrings, necklaces, and rings- soldering is used in the creation process. Due to this, you might notice a small darkish spot appearing at the solder point after some wear. An easy fix that we do recommend for this is using a Sunshine polishing cloth which works effectively in removing these spots!

While wearing our jewelry, you generally shouldn't experience any issues like skin discoloration, with the exception of copper rings. In rare instances, some individuals may have adverse reactions to gold or sterling silver due to their body chemistry, which can result in oxidation and leave a green residue on the skin. However, it's essential to note that this occurrence is highly uncommon when it comes to 14k gold-fill and sterling silver.

Due to the stones, turquoise, and real beads that I use, you may notice slight natural variations in the product.

From materials to packaging, the main goal is to create as little waste as possible.

Our boxes, envelopes, filler material, cards, and shipping tape are all designed to be environmentally conscious. While we work on incorporating eco-friendly labels in the near future, we encourage you to peel off the label and recycle the remaining packaging components.

As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and aligning with our vision, we are gradually transitioning all our packaging materials to be eco-friendly. Our metal & stone suppliers prioritize ethical sourcing and share our environmental awareness values. If you have any questions or would like to delve deeper into this topic, please don't hesitate to send us an email. We're more than happy to engage in further discussions.

JEWELRY CARE

Exposure to water or humidity can lead to oxidation of your jewelry. To prevent this, please refrain from storing your jewelry in the bathroom while showering. It's advisable to remove your jewelry before working out or sleeping. Furthermore, it's best to avoid keeping your jewelry alongside other metals or in jewelry organizers that may contain different base metals.

With each purchase, you'll receive a jewelry care card that provides detailed instructions on how to care for your jewelry properly.
